With an MBBS [1987] and then an MD in Radiology (1991) from Mumbai University, along with multiple fellowships and observerships abroad, Dr. Jankharia is a consultant radiologist in private practice in Mumbai, India. His main interests are cardiothoracic radiology and interventional CT followed by rheumatology imaging and evaluation of focal bone lesions. He has worked on the constructions of some of the largest power projects in India and have further been associated in substation projects of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) in UAE. Having worked with major organizations over years like NTPC, Reliance Industries, Reliance Power, Punj Lloyd, and Nitesh Estates his contributions to the field are immense and indispensable.

Holding several advisory positions across government and private sector firms, he has an extensive set of publications to his name.

An Anesthesiologist and Social Entrepreneur, Dr. Madhav Sathe has changed the way a charitable organization function. Under his leadership, organizations - The Bombay Mother and Child Welfare Society have taken up a multitude of strategic philanthropic initiatives in urban and rural areas of Maharashtra. He is novel concept of Human Nursery empowered many unqualified staff members with different skills and helped underprivileged boys to bloom to their full potential. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Praj-Symbiosys Maha entrepreneur award in 2010 .

A graduate from Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), Sunil Shukla is an independent filmmaker based in Bhopal. Started his professional career assisting Mr. Shyam Benegal in ‘Bharat Ek Khoj.’ After the first brush with the large canvas of Indian culture and civilization in ‘Discovery of India,’ a deep yearning to understand the myriad strands of Indian culture took deep roots inside. This yearning had him create various documentaries on the cultural and artistic aspects of life. His work has always been woven around the cultural core of human beings, especially the marginal ones.
His strong social and political consciousness, considerable artistic distinction and filmic versatility have earned him a unique and distinguished position among other independent filmmakers in central India, and he plans on continuing to explore cultures and document people's views and opinions from different perspectives.
Apart from this, Sunil Shukla is an avid art and social activist and is also an art-design educator. He is the founder of Art-Design Teachers' Forum and executive member of UNICEF promoted Child Rights Observatory Madhya Pradesh. Also he is an energetic Mental Health Advocate. He started a psychological counselling platform called 'Suljhan' during Covid which has benefited many children, their parents and youth.
Sunil Shukla is also a film critic, anchor, cultural organizer, motivational speaker and creative career counsellor.

Sachin holds a Master's degree in Geography, M Phil in Counselling Psychology with a specialisation in Career Counselling and Livelihood Planning, a PhD in Green Livelihoods; and a Diploma in Training and Development. He started his career as a Lecturer at the Army Cadet College, Indian Military Academy, Dehradun in 1998. Later he joined Himachal Pradesh Higher Education Services and then worked in a number of colleges in Himachal Pradesh.
Active in the education and development sector for the last 25 years as a teacher, teacher educator, counsellor, counsellor trainer, researcher, curriculum developer, project planner, and consultant, he is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Government Degree College, Shahpur, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. He has been primarily working with adolescents, young adults and their caregivers including parents, teachers, school heads, counsellors and employers with nearly 40 organizations (schools, colleges, universities, corporate houses, NGOs, ministries and government departments) across 12 states of India.
He has published nearly 40 journal articles, book chapters, and country reports on the issues of livelihoods and careers with reputed publishers such as Springer, Routledge, Elsevier, Oxford University Press, and Australian Academic Press. He has also worked as a reviewer for the International Journal of Educational and Vocational Guidance (IJEVG), a Springer Journal; British Journal of Guidance and Counselling, a Taylor & Francis journal and Indian Journal of Career and Livelihood Planning. He has delivered invited talks in the events organised by Career Industry Council of Australia, Canadian Career Development Foundation, and Asia Pacific Career Development Association. He has been appointed the Chairperson of the two State Focus Group, one Guidance and Counselling in Schools, and another on the Emerging Role of Community in Education constituted for preparing State Curriculum Framework under New Education Policy, 2020.
He is currently the President of the Indian Association of Career and Livelihood Planning (IACLP), and the National Correspondent to the International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (IAEVG). He has recently been included in the Board of Directors of IAEVG for a period of four years (2023-27). Sachin received the Promise Fellowship for developing curriculum and course material for a post graduate programme for career guidance practitioners. He has also received Quality Excellence Award 2021 (Teaching - Training Excellence Category) by the Indian Quality Assurance Council and Indian Society for Training and Development.

Vivek Kapoor brings over 28 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contracts, international business, and strategic advisory roles. As an accomplished corporate lawyer, Vivek has advised both Indian and international clients across diverse sectors, including banking, insurance, infrastructure, and real estate. He has extensive experience navigating regulatory frameworks such as RBI, FEMA, and other compliance requirements.
Vivek is currently a non-executive director at PBW Foods Private Limited and the Plant Based Wellness Foundation (a Section 8 company), where he provides guidance on strategic initiatives and compliance. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to a not-for-profit organization focused on climate issues, helping to advance their mission through his expertise in regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and sustainable practices.
Throughout his career, Vivek has contributed to multiple not-for-profit initiatives, supporting organizations dedicated to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. His work in M&A involves a comprehensive approach to due diligence, deal structuring, integration planning, and stakeholder communication, ensuring value optimization and seamless transitions in acquisitions.

Dr. Vandana Gambhir is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi, and the Ethics & Standards Committee Chair for APCDA, USA. She started her career as a medical physician, later excelled, and received her doctorate in Psychology. Known as an expert in Psychometrics, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Quantitative Techniques, she is an internationally acclaimed behavioural trainer and educationist who has been actively associated with students and people from various cultural backgrounds to bridge the areas in communication.
Dr. Vandana has been on Advisory roles for various Government bodies and National and International professional organizations. She has been certified by ISTM, Govt. of India as a Recognized Trainer for Training Needs Analysis and also for all TDP programs of SAT cycle including DTS, DOT, MOT, Mentoring and others. She is an internationally Certified Career Coach and a registered Career Counselor with the National Career Services, Government of India.

His track record is marked by successful brand launches and substantial growth in the consumer brand domain.
Presently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TISS Incube Foundation, where he assumes a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategy and fostering growth. A prominent public speaker, Mr. Dixit shares his insights on a range of subjects including Entrepreneurial Thinking, Social Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Brand Strategy, and the role of corporations in supporting startups.
