What is the belief behind ACT2Enable? â–¶

We believe that every human life can flourish. We therefore strive to add value to every life through our work and ideology.

Who are we? â–¶

We are ACT2Enable – Aadhaar Counselling and Therapy Organisation. ACT (Aadhaar Counselling and Therapy), a Section 8 not-for-profit company working in the domain of child development, early intervention, disability inclusion, education, psychosocial counselling, career counselling, and family-centred care. ACT carries forward the strong professional and ethical legacy of Aadhaar, an NGO that has been actively serving children and families for over 21 years.

When were we established? â–¶

ACT2 Enable was formally established in 2021, scalability, compliance, and innovation to Aadhaar’s long-standing work in early childhood development and special needs intervention, counselling ad education.

Where does ACT2Enable work from? â–¶

We have our registered office with therapy and counselling centre in Bhopal, along with outreach and service delivery across pan-India and internationally in the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and South-East Asia.

What do we do? â–¶

We work through two models – Functional and Operational.

Functional Models:

  • Social Impact Initiatives – Child Development, Education & Vocation
  • Professional Institutional Services – Career Counselling, Psychosocial Counselling, and Digital Mindfulness

Operational Models:

Programme-based models such as School Readiness, School Plus, Career Counselling, Digital Mindfulness, and related interventions.

Methodology – What is our SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)? ▶

Every programme is run on a clearly defined SOP. For example, SRP includes a comprehensive first assessment by an experienced Developmental Paediatrician, psychometric assessments by RCI-approved Rehabilitation Psychologists, a detailed reporting session with parents, and admission into the School Readiness Programme.

Certificates and licenses â–¶

The organisation is fully compliant with statutory and CSR requirements and holds 12A and 80G registrations, CSR-1 certification, and completes all mandatory filings under the Companies Act.

Source of funding â–¶

For Social Impact initiatives: CSR funding, donations from organisations and individuals, and chargeable therapy services from APL. For Professional Institutional Services Testing and counselling charges, with Pro Bono work for socio economic and other disadvantaged sections.

Impact measurement â–¶

We provide detailed baseline reports at the outset and periodic progress reports across all our programmes.

Rubrics â–¶

Defined rubrics are used for programme evaluation and outcome measurement.
