Services (Counselling & Therapy): o Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. o Refunds: Payments for therapy sessions, assessments, or training programs are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced. In exceptional cases of duplicate payments, a refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
Once the Product is received to the company successfully, ACT 2 Enable will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within a working days.
