Dr. Vandana Gambhir

Dr. Vandana Gambhir is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi, and the Ethics & Standards Committee Chair for APCDA, USA. She started her career as a medical physician, later excelled, and received her doctorate in Psychology. Known as an expert in Psychometrics, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Quantitative Techniques, she is an internationally acclaimed behavioural trainer and educationist who has been actively associated with students and people from various cultural backgrounds to bridge the areas in communication.


Dr. Vandana has been on Advisory roles for various Government bodies and National and International professional organizations. She has been certified by ISTM, Govt. of India as a Recognized Trainer for Training Needs Analysis and also for all TDP programs of SAT cycle including DTS, DOT, MOT, Mentoring and others. She is an internationally Certified Career Coach and a registered Career Counselor with the National Career Services, Government of India.


She has been facilitated with numerous international awards, including the Outstanding Career Practitioner Award at 2020 APCDA Awards Ceremony and the Young Scholar’s Award consecutively for two years by Asia Pacific Career Development Association in their Annual Conference in Tokyo and Taipei (2015 and 2016). She gloriously acclaims that her passion in human research and behavioral studies is rooted in the teachings of Adwaita Vedanta which made her realize the reality to create a niche consistently.


With a strong foundation in advisory and consulting, Vivek has supported multinational corporations in complex legal and regulatory matters.
