Vivek Kapoor brings over 28 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contracts, international business, and strategic advisory roles. As an accomplished corporate lawyer, Vivek has advised both Indian and international clients across diverse sectors, including banking, insurance, infrastructure, and real estate. He has extensive experience navigating regulatory frameworks such as RBI, FEMA, and other compliance requirements.
Vivek is currently a non-executive director at PBW Foods Private Limited and the Plant Based Wellness Foundation (a Section 8 company), where he provides guidance on strategic initiatives and compliance. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to a not-for-profit organization focused on climate issues, helping to advance their mission through his expertise in regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and sustainable practices.
Throughout his career, Vivek has contributed to multiple not-for-profit initiatives, supporting organizations dedicated to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. His work in M&A involves a comprehensive approach to due diligence, deal structuring, integration planning, and stakeholder communication, ensuring value optimization and seamless transitions in acquisitions.
With a strong foundation in advisory and consulting, Vivek has supported multinational corporations in complex legal and regulatory matters. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Delhi University, with an MBA from Jabalpur University, Vivek combines legal expertise with a business-driven perspective.
