Sessions are normally held twice a week except in a situation of urgency; sessions could be scheduled more often. The normal therapeutic hour is around 45 minutes.
The objective is to help people to manage their subjective discomfort or distress in a better way. In totality, the sessions at Aadhaar aims to enhance a sense of well-being.

Care to Cheer Junior aims to create emotional, physical and mental balance for children who have just stepped in school, but are not able to participate as their peers. This could be due to communicative difficulties accommodating themselves in the social environment.
Care to Cheer Senior focuses on Adolescent Behavior management with the expected outcome of Age appropriate behavior in Social circles. The individual learns desirable behavior pattern, respect elders, communicate with peers and make friends. Ultimately adds to their Recreational Values.
